Memberships are non-transferable
Memberships can be frozen for medical reasons supported by a medical note. Memberships can be frozen for no less than one month and no more than 3 months at a time.
Refund of Prorated Membership fees will be approved for cancellation due to medical reasons supported by a doctor’s note.(Calculation: dividing the full contract price, by the number of weeks in the contract term, and multiplying the result by the number of weeks remaining in the contract term, less an administrative fee of Fifty ($50) Dollars)
Non-medical cancellation will be charged 30% of the remaining prorated dues. (Calculation: dividing the full contract price, by the number of weeks in the contract term, and multiplying the result by the number of weeks remaining in the contract term, multiplied by 0.7, less an administrative fee of Fifty ($50) Dollars)
